Your order will be delivered by our partners UAB “OMNIVA LT”.

Delivery terms are specified in the description of each item and depending on the item selected, it is 2 to 10 business days.



I. OMNIVA courier will deliver the parcel to your home, office or any other address of your choice in the major cities of Lithuania on workdays from 8:00 to 22:00. In other areas of Lithuania, the parcels are delivered on working days from 8.00 to 16.00.

II. You will be informed by SMS or e-mail about the estimated delivery time and the number of the order.

III. For goods ordered in the e-shop, you will be able to pay the courier at the time of delivery by card or cash (have an equal amount - no change).

IV. You will be required to show proof of identity at the courier's request upon delivery.

V. Delivery to Kuršių Nerija costs an additional 20 EUR.




I. Pick up your order with the ordered items at the OMNIVA post office of your choice.

II. OMNIVA post office machines are open 24 hours per day and 7 days per week.

III. When your parcel is delivered to OMNIVA post office machine, you will be notified by SMS and/or by e-mail.

IV. The parcel should be picked up from the OMNIVA post office machine within 7 calendar days. If the parcel is not collected within this period, it will be returned to the seller.

V. When picking up a parcel from the OMNIVA post office machine, you will have to enter the PIN code you received via SMS or show your ID card. When picking up a parcel at OMNIVA parcel terminal you will have to enter the PIN code received by SMS.



If you notice any damage to the package upon acceptance of the delivery, immediately notify the courier of the delivery and note the package damage report. Once the parcel has been accepted and signed on the consignment note without comment, the parcel shall be deemed to have been delivered in an orderly manner.
